Working with cobaltoan calcite I was reminded that we need to lean in to infinite love, whether it be self love, universal love, unconditional love…. we MUST STEP INTO A PLACE OF LOVE AND LEAD WITH LOVE.

I had a tough last week or two, not feeling well at all and feeling of this heaviness in my heart. Like I had failed someone or maybe myself.

We all get that sometimes though right!? Self consciousness, doubt, fear, anxiety, depression… it comes in waves for me but we all experience it in our own ways. What’s your experience with this?

You have to remember in times like this to LOVE, when someone is getting you down they most likely are going through something causing their behavior so instead of getting upset SEND THEM LOVE, if your beating yourself up stop and realize you are only human and SEND YOURSELF LOVE, if the world seems to be against you instead of being angry release attachment to the outcome and SEND THE WORLD LOVE

We must now more than ever lean in to SELF LOVE, UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, UNIVERSALS LOVE, INFINITE LOVE

Cobalto-Calcite is great for holding in your hand and I like to do breathwork, leaning in to the vibration of LOVE while I hold the stone, it can also be placed on the heart chakra to help alleviate emotional scares and lovingly heal the soul.

Self LOVE, diving into your soul and excepting ALL OF YOU even deep down in the darkest depths. We are human, we are not meant to be prefect we are meant to learn and grow and further develop ourselves.

What’s cool about mistakes is they force us out of the box, that idea, that path we had in mind becomes changed. Through this change or shift in our direction we are taken to new places, we became aware of things we may have missed, we are given the opportunity to learn and expand our minds further. How fucking magic is that. Blessings are often in disguise so keep your mind open to them.

Cobalto-Calcite reconnected me to my self love painting and my new heARTwork and helps serve as a reminder that I must have infinite love not just for others but for myself as well even when I’m making mistakes.
